Everything we do is in close co-operation with other bodies in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
We pride ourselves on reaching the parts of the community that other providers may not reach.
Our recruitment, retention and progression rates in learning and employment are exemplary.
One reason for this is that we have developed trusting relationships within communities which gives us access denied to many outside providers. Residents will come out of their comfort zones because of their trust in our staff, our reputation and our directness.
We also offer a holistic service referring individuals to other services and acting as advocate and spokesperson where necessary. We have excellent links with Salford CAB and Salford Credit Union.
Creating partnerships takes time and is built on trust based on the knowledge that we will always go the extra mile and we will always put people first.
If you would like to discuss a prospective partnership with the Trust or commission any work from it please contact Mike Thorpe, Chief Officer for an informal discussion.
